I've emailed this dealer to confirm which side these boxes open towards (top loading, or bottom). No reply... anyone help? I suspect (hope) they're top opening but really need this confirmed. They also appear very similar to the Paul Howard Double Locked Chest, apart from the lids... again, any info would be appreciated.

When did you email them? Bearing in mind that we've just had a week of varying holiday times and that today is a public holiday, they may not have seen your message yet.

Ring the shop tomorrow (oops today as it were) - their customer service is really quite excellent
