I had exactly the opposite feeling when seeing the tell part and thoroughly enjoyed the 'lecture' but, there again, I was keen to learn their secrets anyway!

The water to wine effect has been screwed slightly by changes in certain commercial aspects used in that rotuine but I found a way round it and sent B&S the details. No idea if they're using them but I certainly am and it works a treat!
