SCORPION ILLUSIONIST VIVID PRO UV

Postby kevdragon » May 4th, '12, 16:40

Hi All,

I hope I have put this in the correct section, I didn't think it really fits into tips and support as I don't own it and just want some advice.

I was doing my Friday ebay magic scouring, and came across the illusionist scorpion vivi pro uv. I have gone through a few reviews that are quite mixed about it. I'm not a professional and do just dabble but friends do occassionally ask me to do dinner parties and disco's, I tend to stick to card, coin and thumb tricks. I brought a few illusionist bits in the past which were pretty good. Althought I carn't find any info on the ilusionist web-site about it.

If anyone owns or knows about this, would it be a good buy for a dabbler? I'm looking to do something a little different.

Thanks for any help

Kev

I'd suggest Liam Montier's UV instead- cheaper and better in real world situations IMO.

Hi Soveda,

Thanks for replying, the scrorpion pro uv kit only has a few hours to go. I'm thinking that if I can get it as cheap as it is on the auction at the moment then I will also purchase Liam Montier's UV as well. The current auction price is cheaper than that of the Liam Montier's UV, and from reviews of both, getting both sets for under £50 would make for some great effects and be a bargain.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a good cheap last minute bid. I'm also thinking how i could use the effects with my dancing hanky, could make for an interesting trick if I can get it right.

Cheers

Kev
