Help with Luna 1936

Hello, I would greatly appreciate any help or advice to actually performing Luna 1936. I have several mentalism effects so I am not totally ignorant to some methods. However I just do not get this. Ive emailed Outlaw and the owner responded immediately unfortunately not answering my questions. Tried stateside ... any way anything is greatly appreciated. Perhaps via email as I have some many issues with it the instructions are vague or I feel incorrect. Thank you all in advance warm regards Anthony
