I hope that someone of you have "Extreme Burn 2.0" by Richard Sanders.
I would like to know if the trick can be done with euro notes or do i need to buy a special version of it?

I'm sure this will have been covered on other threads if you searched but yeah, any magazine paper can be turned into any notes as long as they are all the same size as each other. Euros into another currency will work as long as everything is the same size (which all currencies are not)
