Some of you may know me as a close up performer, but I am making a transistion into a stage act.
I am looking for a traditional looking felt top hat with a push through top. where the top opens like a flap and springs back closed, for reaching through the hat and into a load chamber in the tables top. Would anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction please, I haven't had much luck with my google searches I only found a mention of one but not a source to attain one. I have found many with false bottoms and hidden pockets or compartments, It is important to me to acess the goods in the table rather than having them hid in the hat. I only mention the attributes of the hat so to be specific in what my needs are and what I'm looking for, If this borderlines on any wrongful exposre then my apologies and mods please remove for me, thanks in advance

Thank you for that, I was concerned if the trap door was just a door to the load that was in the hat, rather than an external trap door, hope you understand my meaning and the difference,
but using your wording, I think I have found what I'm after, depending on the trap door workings ....after looking into it more, most are the ones im not looking for and the trapdoor leads to a secret load chamber inside the hat, The one I've found with the right type door isnt the look I want, it isn't the traditional Abe lincoln style hat, any other input?
