I heard a tech expert discussing these on the radio last night. Apparently there are several models of varying quality. There are basic problems with all of them: you can't see what you're filming and you're going to be moving about, so the film will be jerky.

Also bear in mind that clandestine fliming may be illegal, especially if you put the result on Youtube!

Just as a note as to how cheap this is, on the same website a Sherpa which is after all just a pen shell is nearly £27. So £3 for the technology!
