Texas Hold em Jonah Card?

Postby Relish » Mar 13th, '13, 13:36

Im currently enjoying some 10 and 18 card poker deal routines and wondered if anyone had seen any using a texas hold em style deal, ie 2 cards each and 5 community cards.

I havent even thought this through to see if it would be mathematically possible, but before i start i thought i'd ask to see if anyone had seen this done / discussed?

thanks

I could only see this working in a heads-up situation where one player is dealt the jonah as one of their hole cards.

For a stunning Hold 'Em routine see 'Positively Fifth Street' from Lessons In Card Mastery, Darwin Ortiz. Alternatively, check out 'Mexican Poker' from Darwin Ortiz At the Card Table, a fantastic 10 card poker routine utilizing the same principle.
