I find four index cards look too 'busy'. Not asthetically pleasing at all.

Also you can't pull a blank fan. I found it a sad day when Waddingtons changed to four index as I still like the qulity of the cards.

Oddly enough, I need to get some four index Waddingtons for an idea I have had! Sounds like it might be similar to Ian Rowland's one.

I'm resurrecting this thread with another observation. I just showed my partner an effect which required her to do some dealing - she tried to deal off the bottom before I stopped her! Is that normal for a left-hander?

Not for left handers, but perfectly natural for Australians :P

Darwin Ortiz is left handed, as am I. Obviously, he 'translates' the routines in his books for right handers. I then have to 'translate' them beck in to left handed so that I can study/ perform the material!
