In Ferbruary 2012 I ordered the Re-Animator (RA) from Outlaw-Effects and make a deposit about 600,- $. In April 2012 Rick Roth from Outlaw-Effects promised me that the RA wil be ready for shipping in a few weeks and so he need the last payment about 695,-$. So I payed the rest of money in April 2012. After a lot of promises I did not get the RA in 2012. After some threats (legal steps etc.) of me, I got the RA last week. One part is broken and another empty. I liked to know via Email how important this for the working of RA is. But again Rick Roth is not answering.

I like serious business behaviour, so it was my last order by Outlaw-Effects!

Goes back to my original philospohy of shopping on the net. If there is no easy to find working phone number on the home page then I don't shop there.

Simple as that.

Rick has always been really kosher with me, However these stories do keep popping up. If i was spending over $1000 I would want the supplier to bend over backwards for me.

Whilst we are all only too well aware of the supply problems with Outlaw, regrettably, the only time A Pope posts here is to tell us of problems with suppliers. If there were some 'normal' and contibutary posts we might be more inclined to offer sympathies.
