To be fair, Penguin aren't the only ones who sell Magic Makers items and they do sell the genuine versions of a lot of effects at a lower price than elsewhere. If you check round a lot of the on-line stores you'll see Magic Makers items on offer - I'm not suggesting that this makes copying stuff right but it's something to take into account when deciding what to buy and where from.
