Routine completely to music

well...i want your opinion...im gonna be performing for kids and the last time i performed with them it went really well, but this time i wanna do more and really catch their attention...i wanted something new and completely different so im thinkin of doin a complete routine to music...very little talking...and yes i know thats been done before...but this will really grab their attention...so most of the music is gonna be fast paced stuff...probably trance or electronic...and ive run through it a couple of times and it actually works well with pretty much everything except now i cant sit and tell stories...instead when transpositions occur and things vanish they simply do..I'm gonna be finishing off with d'lites though...as that always gets the kids goin...but i juss wanted your opinion/ any tips...

I don't have experiance working with kids... but I have done magic/manipulation routines to music! Most teenagers (about 12+) like the music thing... but I'd have to think that if you're talking about younger kids, that they'd probably like to have stories told to them instead.

This is just my opinion... I :D LOVE :D doing magic to music! Being a musician, and a card magician, I write and record music on my computer to "custom fit" my routines. If you're interested, send me an E-mail... I can send you a couple of the songs I've written! They're mostly fast-paced and repetitive, but they have a catchy beat, and some even have kind of a "spooky feeling to them!

Anyway... I hope that what I've said helped out a little, but as I said... this is just my opinion.
