I ordered "Zodiac" by Chris Ballinger from Dude That's Cool Magic a few months ago, and unfortunately there was a small problem with it that made it unusable... (It wasn't anyone's fault, it was just one of those things that happens sometimes)

So I phoned up DTCM, and within a few days everything I needed to make the magic work arrived in the post!

Now, my request was a little awkward, and required some trust on their part... And it also meant that they had to contact the supplier...

Which means that this post is to high light excellent customer service, and to say a huge THANK YOU to the people at Dude... It was very much appreciated

Mike at DTCM is one of the most helpful suppliers out there. I have bought several items of of him over the past few years and have never had any issues whatsoever, regarding delivery, customer service.

Personally. I don't like the name but hey it's memorable!

I've had good experience with them too. Tried to stock up on NOCs a while back, but eveywhere seemed sold out of the colour I used. I phoned them to verify their stock listing was correct (because they had a deck in!), and they did a physical check for me. Polite, courteous, and the deck was with me very quickly.

I have used DTCM several times and never had a problem, defo one of the best!
