The Effect
Easy to perform, self working, amazing effect.
Includes bicycle cards & marker pen.
The magician takes out a regular deck of cards and shows the backs and faces of the cards to satisfy the spectator that they are normal. Then the magician fans through the cards face up and the spectator touches one of them - a completely free choice. The spectator then signs the face of the card and places it back in the deck anywhere he likes.
The magician then turns the deck face down and explains that before the trick started he wrote a message on to the back of one of the cards. The magician fans through the cards face down to show that there is one card with a message on it, he asks the spectator if he believes in fate, whatever the answer the magician states that he believes in fate because the only card with a message on it is the very same card that the spectator picked and signed.
The card is turned over and there is the signature !!!

Review
Not a bad little trick, I saw this on e bay & was intrigued enough to have to buy it. Did a search everywhere for a review but couldn't find any. If anyone knows of a different name for this trick maybe they could post it here.
Until seeing the web site vanishingrabbit.co.uk on the instructions I expected this to be a Jay Sankey or similar uncredited creation.
The handling is easy, & it could be considered a packet trick in as much as you can simply add that required factor when needed.
Once you know the method this could easily be applied to your business cards, which makes for a nice way to get your card handed out with the message of your choice pre-written.
Overall
Easy to do, haven't performed it yet but I can forsee a good wow factor. 52 cards shown front & back & the spec picks the only card that you have previously marked!
