Jerry Sadowitz's Palm Switch

.Ok this is something I've been working on today so fire away :) . Like I say I haven't been doing it long and I haven't tested it yet so there's a bit of fumbling and I want it all to be alot smoother. Also, the signed card to box scenario isn't how I'll probably end up using it but it was all that was lying around. It all seems a bit cramped aswell but thats just because of the small webcam view, sorry. Any way, all thoughts are appreciated :)

All the best,

That's a nice move! As you said it's not perfect yet but a lot better than I could do. This would be a nice way to pull a card from pocket, especially if you used a topit accesible from both the inside and outside pockets and in showing the inside pocket empty send the card into the outside pocket, allowing you to show the hands empty before pulling it from the outside pocket.

This makes me want to work on a new routine.

OK, here's a second version of the Palm Switch. It's also a test, to see if I can upload video clips onto my website.

:D:D:D

Like the credits :D

Great move, thats one I might work on myself if you don't mind ;) would be a good one for double writing (mentalism) use pen on a dupe, say the pen didnt work (did really) throw the pen away, palm the card and show the clean dupe underneath, (pick up the clean dupe with palming hand and table it) then go into pocket for another pen, dumping the card etc etc.

You'll be moving more when in front of people, which will hide the motions better anyways.

PM me if that didnt make sense :? :?

Great stuff!!!
Mark

Of course not :) If you want to look up the orginal text, it can be found in "Cards on the Table", funnily enough, by Jerry Sadowitz.

And yea, I think I got what you were saying  Nice idea.

An idea that immediately came to my mind was to use the one hand top palm. You could do while showing the card case empty with the left hand and then placing the card case forward on the table.

I reckon this might give a valid reason for the delay. It will also serve to misdirect the move :D

Other than that, nice work!
