Wow!! Jerry's is quite a charactor to say the least!

When I was living in London a few years back, I used to visit the magic shop he worked in once a month, and he would always demo a trick for you..

According to reports, this show is even more way out that usual, rather than go way off the topic of the magical side of the tour, see
http://www.theguardian.com/stage/2014/j ... ark-blanco for the details.
I met Jerry a few years ago at an International Magic lecture and he was the most polite, quiet and 'ordinary' guy you could ever meet, nothing like his stage persona at all. Despite the darker and more explicit side of his shows, I still rate him as one of the most talented magicians and entertainers.

Very true Paul.. The guys at my magic club adore him. Our secretary has been trying to get him to lecture at our club for years!! But sadly wont budge.

Yes. I was at that lecture too. The lecturer was absolutely brilliant and I know him personally. Jerry said it was the best lecture he had ever been to which baffled me because it has nothing to do with comedy or card tricks. I rather think he liked the way the lecturer said rude things about various respected magicians. That may have had something to do with it.
