Sorry to hear you've had problems but account activation is an automatic process which we can't influence one way or another. You could try e-mailing support@talkmagic.co.uk and asking Laurence if he can do something for you or you might have to create a new account with a new activation code etc. Try e-mailing Laurence first and give him a day or two to reply as he's very involved with other projects most days.

Sorry, I should have responded earlier to you. I emailed and PM'd Laurence as promised but have had no replies yet. It could be that he's away on holiday so please hang on there for a while and we'll get things sorted asap.

me thinks lawrence has to much on his plate at the present perhapse he could pass the torch on protem to one of the mods. :?:

Actually, I'm not all tnat sure that an old account can be reactivated - how about registering again under a similar name?
