I'm fairly new to the magic scene, but have been annoying my friends with it for years.

I would really like to go pro, and have done a couple of shows in puds and youth centres, but haven't really broken in yet.

I live in London.

Any Ideas?

When you say you want to go pro in what area are you looking?

1, Kids Parties
2, Close up, i.e Restaurant / bar environment
3, Caberet / Stage

These are just a few possible avenues for you to go down and all come with a certain character.
First Look at yourself..........Right would you be happy dressed as a clown perhaps and dealing with kids or do you see yourself as a super cool close-up magician dressed to the nines wandering round the rich and famous in a top London Restaurant.
Now get your Character and transform yourself into that persona.

What Magic would suit that person you have become and how do you adapt your effects to that character.
