Daryl's Ultra Monte

Postby Replicant » Jul 11th, '05, 17:25

Has anyone purchased this trick? I am considering getting it and would be interested to hear from anyone who has got it. Thanks.

Thank you for that. I promise I did do a search before starting the topic - must have missed it.

I know the feeling! To be honest, all I did was to copy and paste Daryl's Ultra Monte into the Search function and there it was - probably one of the best reviews we've had here for many a year so enjoy and I hope it helps!

I don't own this - but I believe it's exactly the same as Michael Skinner's Ultimate 3 card Monte. So, if you're familiar with that - you'll be familiar with this one.

In case you're not - Skinner's Monte is a very good, 3 phase version of the 3 card monte effect.

Yep, I already have Skinner's Ultimate 3 Card Monte. So Daryl's version is the same? Does it use the same gimmicked cards? If so, that's a bit of a let down and disappointing to say the least. They should warn people who might easily end up purchasing the same gimmicks, albeit with a different routine. :(

If you read the review that Mandrake has posted a link to above, you'll see all the business about Skinner's monte in comparison to this one.
