Not sure about a review, but I had this set and I can thoroughly recommend it (Worth the money for the 'Sam the Bellhop' routine).

A really good presentation, very funny. Entertaining to watch, let alone learn from.

The ONLY criticism I would have is that it's filmed with the horrific A1 Multimedia audience.

Bill has an excellent sense of natural comedic misdirection. Some good lessons on performance to be learned here.

Well, actually, I would normally recommend the set... however, in the case of the Bill Malone DVDs, I would recommend you get the first one and see how you go.

Vol.1 is IMHO the best of the lot. Suck it and see. (so to speak!)

All 4 are excellent - from the magic to all the little subtleties that Bill MAlone adds.

No one pukes cards like Bill Malone...

Highly reccomended.

it is L&L, not A1 and I agree the audience is a bit over the top!
they also appear to be getting drunker from volume to volume!

This set is a very good investment! every effect is a real world worker.

Rune - I have all four of these DVDs and look forward to his producing more (I have no idea if this is planned). The effects are predominantly cards but he includes a few other media. I think his style is superb, although some would say OTT, but everyone is different. So far as the audience is concerned, I bought the DVDs for HIM and not THEM. I ignore the audience and would suggest that no-one even entertains the thought of not buying the DVDs for their involvement. I have no doubt that you will thoroughly enjoy his perfomances (when you view him as a spec) as well as his explanations.
