I just recorded the hot shot cut when i was still learning and when i could do it a bit faster. I got the Oz Pearlman DVD, Born to perform, today and i think he teaches well

I also included a weird fliping cut cuz i felt like it

You need to keep the motions fluid. I can't do it too well, but I can almost do it perfectly. Again, practice!! That's how I learnt it. I felt bored one day and I just did the hot shot cut non-stop and alomost perfected it now!
