The big problem is manufacturing and distribution if you are doing it all on your own. It is less of a problem if you are marketing a book or set of instructions, but if there is "stuff" that has to go with it, then you are getting into mailing and stocking supplies and what not.
So without giving away whatever it is you have come up with, can you categorize it? Does it need to be manufactured and mailed, or is it purely instructions or a book (in which case the Internet is ideal for distribution).
We are beginning to take on other magician's e-books and instructions to market from our site, with 100% of the profits going to the creator/inventor/author. See the "Tear-Able Magic" book outline on our site for an example. That's why I'm interested in your post.
