This is a nice paper back book, 255 pages and very well written

The book covers the legend of the Indian Rope trick, considers Hoax claims, covers the Magic Circle Challange and reveals how the trick was actually done. The section about Fake Fakirs is very interesting.

Reading though the book it plain to see that a lot of research has gone into it. I picked my copy up in my local library but if you want to purchase it then:
