right, this trick is one of the simplest tricks, but very effective.

get a normal pack of cards

1)turn the cards face up on your left hand(say the ace of spades )

2)lay your top hand on top of the cards

3)push forward the first card a little bit

4)with the back of your palm slide the card (the one underneath the ace) back untill you can lift it up

5)re-group the deck

6)wiggle the cards to act like your rubbing

7)lift your hands off and haypresto, a dissapearing card!

PS. practice this untill you can do it quite fast befor performing

Would that be the Erdnase Two-handed Transposition? The sleight you are describing can easily be used in the "Gamblers Flop" trick where the whole deck reverses itself. I agree that it is a good trick but you might want to include that it is not yours; I imagine that your intention was to simply share a trick but it wouldn't hurt to credit the creator.

David
I don't beleive that Brad Christian created anything original.
He most certainly did not create the Erdnase transposition, why do think its called the "Erdnase" transposition.
A classic example of why many people were upset by the lack of credit given on the "Street Magic" and "Ninja" series sold by Brad Christian
