This is one of the funniest, yet astonishing, yet mind driving gags you can do to someone. First have them chose a card from the deck or have them think a card or just anything in which you force a card on someone. Them pretend to continually guess incorrect cards as you urgently rush through the deck. Then you say.

"Hey, wait a minute, your card isn't even in here is it?"

Stow it away and they rack they're heads. Then in a low voice say...

"Is this your card!!!"

...And pull off your shirt to reveal an undershirt with they're card covering the front.

I do something like that but for adult audiences. The difference is that a have a card attached to the back of my pants (underwear ) and pull my trousers down

You need to pick your audience though

Yeah I've done this many times with an A4 picture of the card safety-pinned onto the back of my shirt/t-shirt under my jacket.

I'm sure magicdiscoman does it, too...

I've also got my own variation, where the card is stapled to your boxer shorts. The twist is, the card is signed and the boxer shorts have the name of the card printed on them. (Not done it for years!)

I also believe that there are a number of commercial effects such as Sankey's Bigger Finish, or even the humble ash-pen type effects where a revelation appears in a larger-than-life or unexpected way.

Another idea is to have the spectator's card appear 'blank', as if the image has been transferred to the t-shirt etc. This is also pretty simple. The back of the blank card could have been signed, for e.g.

i saw something like this except it was a really funny version where drew carry did this and you needed to tape it, then press play after all the incorrect guesses, instead of taking off your own t shirt, the spectator of course always finds this very funny and overall its extremely easy and fun to pull off.
