Am I missing something? O_o

Oh wait, you mean just a regular one way force deck. Haha...

I would probably go for a 2 or 3 way. Does the same as a one way, but allows you to perform different effects, or the same effect on 2 or 3 people at the same time!

No, a Classic Force is a technique used to force a card from a regular deck. I've never heard of a Classic Force Deck but I suspect it is just another name for a One Way Forcing Deck, as mentioned above, if it is anything.

To be honest, you have two or three choices. Do you really need to ask people what to get? I don't mean to sound harsh but this is not a hard descision. If you really are stuck, buy them all; they won't break the bank. If you haven't got enough money to buy them all, save some or buy one at a time. I'm sure you'll find a use for them as time passes.

All the best,

Actually, thinking on... I'd go for both the 2 or 3 force deck, AND the classic force download. The deck will keep you going until you have nailed the classic force... and trust me, that will take some time! =o)

Now I am going to show how green I am at this game.

Why would you want a force deck?

I have not mastered the classic force but there are plenty of much easier ones to do whilst you are learing it. I can do passable backslip and hindu shuffle forces and that seems to be enough for most tricks.

Johnny's spot on with this one - don't worry that you can't do 'the best' force out there (that is, if the best force is the classic force). If a force works, use it. There's the riffle, the cross-cut/criss-cross/birdseye-waffle (or whatever it's called) force and many, many others that work just as well.

Learn a couple, and away you go! :D

Well, a one-way force deck allows for the most clean forces possible: i.e. ribbon spread the deck and ask the speccy to pick a card.

Just remember, turtle, that you should ribbon-spread the one-way deck face down...

My favorite force is to just ask someone to think of their favorite card and to tell them what it is when you see the eye accessing cues start moving.

It is difficult, and I wont say how to do that. But, the technique isn't exactly burried out there very well. Infact, certain performers who like to read minds and play dangerous games with guns on live tv explain how its done for free. Granted, this dude doesnt give away all its secrets.

I hate to say it, but you can't "force" a card via eye accessing cues. Eye accessing cues simply are not reliable enough. The most you would be able to tell from eye accessing cues is whether a person is telling the truth or not; they are very specific to answering questions.

However, if you were to ask somebody to think of a card and then ask them whether their card is the "x of y" you could probably use eye accessing cues in combination with other techniques (eg "reading body language") to tell whether it is or not. Then all you have to do is run through all the suits and all the values until you hit upon their chosen card.

It sounds horribly complicated but its not really. You just need a sharp eye and a bit of common sense.

Forcing a card "psychologically" is a completely different matter and that "dude" as you so eloquently put it, has some wonderful methods of forcing a card in print. I suggest you look them up.

All the best,
