Hi all. Ive recently seen a few performances of blindfolds, where the performer places coins in their eyes, fifty pence pieces which are inspected but could easily be switched i guess. These are then taped over and a cloth/blindfold is placed over this. The performer then performs a blindfold routine. How can I find out how to do this - I know Corinda contains some stuff on blindfolds but not to this extent with coins in the eys, and then tape over that and then cloth which is inspected.

Anneman has blindfold work in his treatise , 'Practical Mental Magic'.
The part with the coins is definitely in there.
The book also provides insight into various other parts of mentalism as well, I highly recommend it!

That's very true, and is a great source for many other effects and methods too.
More recently it is covered in detail on one of Osterlind's ETMMM. (I can't recoomend that set enough). I can't remember for sure which one without looking it up though, I seem to remember it was No. 3
