Hi all,
as promised in my introduction here are some informations
about magic clubs in Vienna.

They have all regular internal meetings (where in general
guest magicians are welcome) and public shows, which can be booked
via e-mail. Be sure to reserve your seat early or get in contact if you
want to join a club evening.

Magic Cercle Vienna (Magischer Cercle Wien)

has great professional magicians and a nice club room.
President is Kurt Freitag (European Magic Champion)

Vereinigung für Magische Kunst Wien

is located at the famous "k.u.k. Hofzuckerbäckerei Demel"...
which is a traditional viennese coffeshop ("Kaffeehaus").
The have regular public shows with dinner at Demel...
also a great Halloween Show at Oct. 31., 2005.

Magic Club Vienna (Magischer Klub Wien)

is the club of Magic Christian (FISM award winner)
The public shows are at Hotel Stefanie, also combined with dinner.

IBM Ring Vienna

meets at Cafe Zartl where also are the public shows

Has nice clubrooms where also other events take place.

Vienna Magic Theatre (Wiener Zaubertheater)

Has regular clubmeetings, but less public shows.

Vienna Magic Club (Wiener Zauberklub)

The youngest Magic Club in Vienna - Jimmy Bix (Vienna Magic Dealer)
has opened it end of August 2005. Regular public shows and new clubrooms with stage, bar, etc.

Hope this gives you an overview and you can plan your next Vienna visit.

Of course there are several magic clubs in other Austrian regions, but this is another story (and posting)
