Hi im thinking of buming the fibre optics routinr by nrichard sanders and wondered what people think of it and what rope people would recomend, thanks steve

This is a fine choice of DVD and I recall doing a review elsewhere on TM so please use the search function.

Another that I would recommend is ring 'n rope but both will require lots and lots of practice before you're anywhere near to being able to perform this competently if you're a novice.
