Just keep them with the right partners. If you have the deck you will know what I mean. Because if you look at the deck the way it arrives you can see a pattern that the cards are in and it just looks fishy. As I said sorry if this has been covered.

And also, whilst you don't want to be rushing the trick, you don't wanna be hanging around letting people see everything either or people will notice something suspicious about the deck. An idea I always use is the do it quite quickly and put the deck back in my pocket before anyone has a chance to inspect it. Then if they do ask, I pull out a normal deck of same colour from the same pocket so they can actually inspect and be really amazed (this is why I always wear combats for magic - millions of pockets).
Another tip I would offer is that I never use it as a trick in itself. If you've been reading around these forums then you'll know that often people use this deck as an "out" for a pick a card trick. If for some reason you lose their card you can use this as a final revelation before you move on to save from looking like an idiot.
This being said, also it cannot hurt to leave the deck in a memorable order because you wouldn't want their card to be right at the top or bottom - you want it somewhere in the middle when you show it to them. So when you know what card you're looking for you just have to cut the deck so you know that their card and it's "pair" are somewhere near the middle.
Hope you find my advice useful.
