I just don't understand; why hasn't anyone taken legal action?

Perhaps their reputation for trying to make a fast buck and to hell with common business decency is punishment enough.

Personally, I don't want to pay £4 to be shown a two minute video of a standard card trick, or worse, a flourish. Presumably there's a market for such projects? I do like to have a short video demonstrating the use of purchased components, but the short downloads soon get very expensive ...
