Although I haven't seen the video, I'm assuming you mean spinning a card on the middle finger. This is a knack and can be taught although it's mainly practice. Sometimes I can get a really good spin but sometimes not so good. Just find the balancing point and find your way to spinning it. Or buy Stealing Pips by Oz Pearlman as I believe it's taught there.
