Problems logging in today anyone?

Postby Jordan C » Feb 8th, '06, 11:53

I have just had a rather frustrating 10 minutes tryin to log in. Got stuck in a loop whereby everytime i entered my details it would ask me to log in again. I have done the lost password thing but even with the new password it wouldnt let me log in until I disconnected and reconnected. I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?

No probs today although that happened yesterday afternoon - just one instance of non access and then it was fine. I thought it was just our works systems being unhelpful.

Lol, I thought initially I was just being dumb, then I thought it was my new ISP but now I know it may just be a simple glitch. Damn technology, makes life faster and allegedly easier but my gosh does it increase the stress levels :x lol

I have that when I try to log in with Firefox - sometimes it just logs in and sometimes I can't no matter how many times I try.

If you're using Firefox try switching to IE (not that that's a good thing in general). IE7 is brilliant!

Hmmm, not really. Some of us met up at the Ipswich convention in October - I think we had Captain Fantastic, bananafish, Mandrake, and a few others (was Midas Kid there?).

No, it just sort of fizzled out.

Indeed Midas Kid was there and perfomed in the Close-Up sessions - including a superb routine with Nuts (of the engineering fastener kind) as I recall.

I leave myself logged in, but about once a week I find I've been logged out. Logging back in when that happens shows that there have been no posts since my last visit, which is a pain.

Argggggggggggggggggggggh

I'm getting fed up with this now, either I have to reset my blinking password or I'm not kept logged in despite ALL software that deals with cookies being set to enable evrything from this site.

EVERY time I come back I have to log in again and its irritating the bejesus out of me.
