Hi all,

I have uploaded 2 videos, one of me doing CMH, the other of me doing pinnacle. I look forward to hearing your comments. Am I a star, or a disaster!! hehehehe

dunno if its just my PC but the videos buffer a lot and therefore dont reach me as one smooth film.

They look good, although the CMH (a trick i like to do) looks kinda obvious that something is happening when you pull away.

Pinnacle is decent though from what i could make out.

Thanks Dave.

If you let the jerky video play throughout, and then press play once it's finished playing, it will play a second time, but smoothly..

Pinnacle looked good.

I would say though that with CMH you were running a little when you didn't need to.

You were demonstrating that the band couldn't get off here, nor here, nore here, nor here, nor here (left, right, down, up and the middle - obviously)

and then after that you did another circuit of ups downs lefts and rights.

Personally I do a left a middle and a right - then then a penetration.

However, when Michael Ammar was teaching me (Did I mention that Michael showed me this personally?) he said that he just does one move to the side (or up or down) and then the middle and thats it. He doesn't labour the point at all.

As I said, I still like to go to one side, do the middle and then go to the other side, anyting else is, imho (and Michael Ammars ;) ) more than you need.

Bottom line is though you do what you feel comfortable with and what gets best reactions for you.

Did I mention that Michael showed me this one?

Did Michael show this to you personally then, bananafish?

Those videos were really good, well done. I agree you went a bit oerboard with CMH, proving that the bands were linked. Overall though, really good.

Thanks everyone! Your feedback is most helpful and appreciated.

After watching the video clip myself I do see how CMH gets sped through.. I think I've developed this habit out of not being a good talker, and thus end up trying to make up for it with more hand 'action' and less patter. Gotto slow down and relax methinks...

Bananafish - was Michael Ammar really grateful, when you showed him how to do CMH, personally? Give him a few hints 'n tips eh :P

Thanks again everyone.
