Review- I love this effect. It is a killer. People freak out.
I do it on stage but you can do it in the street and almost everywhere. It is by andrew Mayne so it is cheap to make. and the gimmick is ingenuous. It's something you could never think of, or at least I couldn't think of. I'll try my best to get a video on it in the file sharing section.
