can some one tell me how to fit my picture into my messages as they never seem to fit.

Do you mean as an avatar or included in the messages themselves?

If you want to put a picture in the message use the

[img]put the URL of the picture here[/img]

Otherwise, you need to click on "Profile" at the top of the screen and scroll down to "Avatar". You can upload images there but be warned, you need to shrink them down to 8kb first.

Use photoshop or something...

The GIMP is free.

Make them 80x80 pixels, they always fit for me (but make sure you save them a .gifs)

I'll shrink it for you if you'd like...email or PM me the image and I'll send it back shrunk.
