I bought this item long ago. It's a nice gimmick and you can vanish or produce all kinds of small objects, but i think it works best with coins.
You can show your hands, front and back to be empty before producing an item. The downside, the produced item is attached to the gimick, so if you produce a coin for example, you can't just hand it out right away. You need to free it from the gimick first. The gimick is not magnetic in case you are thinking that, so you can vanish wooden dice as easy as you would do with a coin.

I lost my gimmick, but once you know how it works it's easy to make a new one. I don't know where you can get it in the UK, but the effects you can do with this can also be done with 'melt', so maybe you would like to check that one also. It's just a bit different in handling. And i think you can get 'melt' from any magic shop.

Overall i would say it's nice to have, but not a must have item. I only used it for a quick stand alone coin apear and vanish trick, but if you are creative you could make better use of this.
