Pretty cool...There were a lot of trippy parts to that...Nice flourishes though...The vanishes were nice as well. I liked the part where you "pulled" the ace of spades out of your arm! Well done.

Thanks,
Dominick

yes i too was very impressed
especially in the bits where the cards seem to change from (for example) 6 dimonds to the joker
I would be very interested in learning a few of these!!!
Where did you ick this stuff up from?? :P

Nice but I think you overdid it way too much on the editing of the video. Keep up the good work and you'll be great in a few months time! :D

Also, I'd advice you not to learn from Showoff with cards. The flipback was done incorrectly. The method you used feels very uncomfortable IMO and De'vo's original method is very easy and comfortable to use.

The best DVD out there for flourishes for beginners is definetely Xtreme Beginnerz. Ok... the name is a bit naff but it is definetely VERY GOOD and the teaching quality is amazing. Everything is broken down much better in it than Showoff with Cards. Also, in Showoff with cards, Rob Stiff isn't the best flourisher in the world and he's teaching them when he can't really do most of the stuff well.

I agree on the video editing - all the cuts were really confusing. My philosophy is not to cut on a video unless it's made obvious by a fade or unless the one scene flows smoothly into the other.

Apart from that, the flourishes were very nice!

I think that De'vo's method is much better anyways. Here's a video I made to compare the two. The Showoff with Cards method I think is just pointless because it just doesn't feel right. The other method, I find it extremely easy and find it just as easy as a charlier pass. :)
