Streamline cards. They have the same plastic finish as the ones you mention but a different back design.

Would like to comment on this but the link doesn't seem to work for me. It takes forever to load and when it does, the whole window shows only weird symbols

The Rotary Palm is Euans own creation. You can find it in his booklet

Not sure if Euan will ship to Hong Kong; I know he ships as far as Fife though.
