Online Mind reading session (Ellusionist)

Postby Jelmo » Mar 22nd, '06, 15:52

I've tried the search function but couldn't find any posts about this one.

I was on Ellusionist and came across this link.
It's an 'online mind reading session', instructions are on the website.

Here try it out:
http://www.ellusionist.com/magic_tricks ... Shaman.htm

It only works when you follow the instructions, if you just pick one symbol from the list it doesn't work...

OMG I can't figure it out am I so stupid?

Oh after a closer look and some common sense I know how it works.
Very clever though!

Have fun with it

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

someone sent me a link to one of these once, and my reaction was just "sorry, I'm a mathematician, so...." and then had to spend 10 minutes explaining how it works, 10 minutes!!! dear dear.

wonder if i could get away with doing a dissertation on maths and magic, and would that me mathemagic? for i am the mathemagician!
