i always put my index finger "of the deck holding hand" on the head (short) side of the deck. get it?.....what i mean is that you have more control about the cards you pull out.

i find with this change,(i dont know if this is exposure, sorry if it is) if you curl ur fingers in a natural position, and just as you reach the deck straighten them out.then there is no need for a forward pushing motion which looks a bit suspicious.
Also if you push light enough with ur pinky(as in a TP) then the fingers holding the deck should keep the other cards secure.
As for the "less pint dependant" method, i normally find if my hands are a bit dry then a "small cough into a cupped fist", will give them more than enough "warm moisture" for the task at hand.not excactly hygenic, but its all about the magic at the end of the day

Wow, that's a great idea, I usually rub my palm against my lower lip, coughing on it sounds WAY more hygenic than what I'm doing.

[Edit] just tried it and it works!

Yes, I find this sleight increasingly difficult after washing my hands with soap and drying them, there's just no stick and then you end up having to press harder which leads to you picking up multiple cards.

Pressing lightly with a bit of moisture is the way to go

Forgot about this thread lol  - I originally started this thread about 4 months ago, so I've had time to kinda get the hang of things now

Whilst I was struggling with pulling more than 1 out at a time, I came up with what I call A "Multi-Erdnase Change"

If you know how to do the change, you'll know what I'm doing, check this out

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

I like that alot. As a technque it's LOST in this video. I would suggest you get your thinking cap on for a two selection ambititous card Needs to be well routined though.

Hope you make them most of this.
