thats what happened to me and I haven't stopped yet. its been 8 years and now I have a beer belly, lung cancer and venereal diseases.

Talking about somking, is there a smoking ban anywhere else in Britain except from Ireland because I know they already have it. Scotlands ban came in a couple of weeks a go and I am loving it

I don't know... what started out as a nice little innocent thread about cute little bunnies has turned into a discussion about sex, innuendo, smoking and booze... We should all be very proud!

Surely that says something about the minds of magicians though...

That's a bit rude Kev... some of us smoke and need fags. The government wont pay for our nicotine replacement and thy overcharge us on fags and tell us we cant smoke anywhere! Government sucks.

I'm an ex-smoker (6 months now, woohoo) and I think that anything that can help stop people from starting is a good thing, but at the same time I'd defend your freedom to smoke, so I don't know where that puts me in the great scheme of things, probably just confused as normal...

Lol. Whilst my tongue was firmly planted in my cheek when I wrote that post, it's also a valid point...

And I absolutely agree. I don't want other people to start smoking either, because it's a filthy habit, it costs me more than anything (apart from perhaps magic...) in a month and doesn't really do anything except make my fitness levels too low to apply for the police force Alas it is rather hard to quit although I'm not convinced that making it a criminal offence to smoke in public is a good idea.

I don't want people to start smoking, but I'm quite partial to a fag with a pint

Maybe I should just quit smoking, drink less and apply to the police force, safe in the knowledge that I could be arresting people for smoking...
