Chris Angel - Coin through Soda Can Dvd

I know this topic is in reviews - but it's so long I thought I'd add this here. I just watched the dvd and I was really impressed. The effect is great. More valuable, I feel, is the interview he has with his manager concerning the art of magic. I found that inspirational. I haven't seen the series - but I really like the guy - I love his outlook on the art as well as his passion for taking it into the future.

The first time that I saw Angel on TV (MindFreak) I have to say that I wasn't too impressed at all. I liked the rock look but I he just didn't come across too well for my uaual liking. Maybe it's an age thing I thought

Like yourself I bought the soda can routine and suddenly I saw a different side to Angel and I agree, the interview and instructional part of the DVD was well presented and put together in my opinion.

I've since bought the MindFreak series one DVD and I have to say that I'm now quite taken with his style and presentation. Not everything he does is to my liking but there's a lot of good stuff in there and if anything it shows the value of having a great production team backing you up.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!
