I knew there must have been a reason why penguin were selling it 20 quid cheeper than anyone else. Silly me! :oops:

Hey they're trading in the UK. You have consumer rights and trading standards on your side.

Just write them a quick email saying that you believe that is is not an original sankey product and state why. Be courteous, and let them respond. There is no point making any specific accusations. It could be that thats the quality of product they received from Sankey who knows!

Sankey took them off his retailer list. They are currently getting rid of back stock. Accusations were made on both sides. People here jumped on their particular band wagon at the time. It all got a bit silly really.
