In a puff of smoke (and my first post)

Postby bassmo » Jul 7th, '06, 22:56

Hi guys,
I have been practicing a lot of card magic, some coin work, plenty of rope work and a variety of other bits and bobs - cups and balls, spongeballs, etc etc. I have been looking for a way to add a puff of smoke (or gentle drifting smoke) to my vanishes. I have seen something called Little Smoke. Does anyone know much about it or its effectiveness. How do you get it into your hand? Know any other nice smoke effects. I am trying to get a short 'stage' routine based around productions, vanishes focusing on lights, fire and hopefully some smoke (from nowhere).

Thanks in advance and I look forward to becoming a regular part of this forum.

Ellusionist sells this one

It's rather pricey ($110) - but it's certainly what you're looking for.

Hi thanks, yes I had seen that one. Any idea what sort of gimmick is it. In the demo video it appears that the 'whatever-it-is' is already stored in the left hand undeer, say a pack of cards. Would it be something I could steal easily during an act and reuse?

I have Ultra-Smoke its great. It adds so much to any vanish or production. You dont have to 'steal' anything its always on your person.
