When the Hutch was down earlier this year, I dicovered TM. I looked through as a guest, before joining later that night. I noticed that there was a large number of guests on their, falling when the Hutch came back online.

Maybe one of the other forums were down again? you know magicians get withdrawal symptons if they aren't able to arg... discuss magic within an hour or two.

A lot of those 'Guests' are bots trawling the web for information and sometimes for hacking. There was one occasion, not too long ago, when we had to close TM for an hour or two because of such traffic and the problems they were causing.

If i log onto the internet and browse around TM for a bit without logging on, am i classed as a guest until then?
