what is the difference between a fool and an idiot, a fool gets paid i am that fool.

we are called jason of the family packer, i have been doing magic off and on for 15 yrs, 5yrs now as a comercial venture doing magic and disco's.
I'm 33 and a widower she prefering pethadine to life died at 26, married 10 months lived tougether 2yrs.

being of a naval family we moved around a lot in both england and scotland, but i spent most of that time at boarding school in reigate surrey.

my uncle was a magician in his own right and it was him that introduced me into the magic realm, he also steered me clear of being a escapologist as at the time i was very recless and had no fear of death which in hindsite was a good thing I'm still here to give you advice today.

iv'e crammed a lot of experience into my 33 years on this planet and have still alot to learn as well as teach, I'm always willing to share what i know providing you show some interest.

i have taken on a persona for this forum that gives me plenty of scope for fun so anytime you want a tour of the basemant come and see me.

current status going blind with cateracts but still happy.
update
eyes have checked out fine turns out it was related to sleep apnia which has been helped with drugs, i now shake like a marraca.
in the past i have been a carrer and i am now going back to getting care allowence but combined with going on an inbiz scheme that will allow me to run my bussines with a benefit backup, which i highly recomend and is open to all ages.
the feed back i have been getting from this forum has helped me a lot in my recovery and has help set my acts and help me to refine my craft a big thank you to all for your help.

iv'e been investing a lot of money recently in new and upgrade equipment aswell as advertiseing on the van and cards and its beginin gto pay off, medicaly I'm a lot better as they have sorted my sleep apnia which was slowly suffocation me to death.
i have discovered that the shake i have is a benigne form of parkinsons which is the main reason why i don't do cards, some days I'm the same as ossy osbourne i just need the famouse life style to go with it :P  :P .

UPDATE:-

whent to london for five days to see a friend of mine and do some practise as i have been getting more shakes of late, my card work is shot but as i do mostly wizard deck tricks and the occassional double thats ok.
coin slieghts have taken a real bashing, so have had to go back to the trusty sun and moon / copper silver coin's and scotch and soda as fine mussle control is patchy, somedays I'm ozzy osbourne other days daren brown (mind over matter) but its an added stress to a close up show.

kids shows its a positive bonus coz i can play the old doddery magician, shaking with such extreme awsume magic power
and kids props are big and easy to handle and as for the haunted key routine its a brease i just have to concentrate on not moveing my hand and it takes care of the rest, so some bonuses and some minuses.

any ideas on good selfworker coin tricks and other magic please feel free to drop me a line. 8) 8) :P
