Now i was just wondering whats the difference and what the best as so far i have found

Are all these just the same with different names?

You're mixing contexts/applications here...
IT and IET are both different types of T. One is stretchy, hence it's name.
The other items are DELIVERY methods and UTILITIES.
I've deleted a couple, cos they were close to exposure, but Matt, if you want more info, either PM or MSN me.

I have no idea with regards to the differences between types of IT, but I can thoroughly recommend (I'v edoen this twice this morning now!) Michael Ammar's Easy To Master Thread Miracles. Honestly, buy it and get your own IT. This DVD rocks.
