Classic Pass

Postby Citrus » Jul 11th, '06, 15:35

Hey

This is my attempt at the classic pass.

Also my thanks go to FireShower for his help.

So if anyone can give me suggestions on how to improve this, it would be much appreciated.

Also can you say wether you think it performable yet.

Cheers to all who reply

Hmm...

That was rather good, I couldn't see anything.

Even so, something was bugging me when I saw it the first time and I think I figured it out.

This is only my opinion, but I believe that you cover the pack too much during the pass, which could arouse suspicion.

Please don't use my pass as an example for this because I have a very poor execution of the advice I just gave. I would try to upload a new one but I just got my teeth pulled and my head feels kinda woozy. Instead, check out this Japanese passer named Akira Fujii, known as the "pass man" of sorts in Japan. I've been trying to emulate him with my relaxed pass but it's very difficult. He's been at that pass for over ten years.

Notice how his right arm and hand do not move at all. The rock that he does is not a large motion like mine, it's a very gentle rocking motion of the wrists which conceals the pass. Though it may look slow, it's actually done incredibly quickly with the guise of slowness. I love how at the end he's just like ehh, a couple more passes for the heck of it.

At least we all have something to work for, eh? Myself included!

It was a Ghost Deck. Nice pass. Extremely hard to see. Excellent job.

Thanks,

you have a big hand, try not to cover too much to let it seem more "natural"

besides it is very well done, the pass was completly invisible to me
