Hey

I really like that. I really didn't expect that the card would turn up there.

But the only thing is - if you are performing this to an audience they are surly gonna see you put the card in your mouth. I could be wrong and you may have come up with an effective method of this however i would have liked to see your head throughout the video.

But overall nice effect and executed smoothly.

:D :D

citrus:- when performing this in public its simply a matter of getting them to look for the card, then as they look up from the deck its in your mouth

minimindfreak:- its ya basic card to mouth effect, few different methods of doing it just experiment

dont ya just love it when ya sucker in other magicians

well that all depends how good your misdirection is and i guess you do kind of have to be pretty fast when achieving effects such as this. My misdirection is decent, but i rely on the speed of my hands over it. If you think people will see you place the card in your mouth, you wouldbe pretty surprised :D Sometimes my mates are so fixated on my hands, effects where cards vanish to my pocket, or even like this effect where the card appears in my mouth, they never catch it.
Also if you want to see this in a situation with an audience, check out TM's Tony Hyams. He performs a great street magic combination of tricks including this...heres the link to the part of the forum where his vid is found...( i would give the direct link but im not to sure about permission and all that hassle?? http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic12246.php

Believe me, card to mouth when done properly WORKS. I knew about the method and still had it done quite successfully on me.
